QDS Systems is licensed in the design of electrical and control systems. We maintain an engineering staff of registered engineers in the electrical and control systems disciplines.

We also provide control systems related process engineering employing lean principals. Lean process methodology, first practiced by Japanese manufacturers, has in recent years been defined and developed by the work of MIT researchers. Lean techniques have been proven to reduce waste and improve the value delivered to stakeholders while also reducing project and process costs.

Project Management

QDS is experienced in managing turnkey control and instrumentation projects.  We use the latest project management tools, including  Microsoft Project for project scheduling and resource management planning. Web-based project collaboration tools are integrated into our back-end business systems. These tools are used for coordination between engineers, customers and vendors involved on a project.
 

Electrical Contractor

QDS Systems is licensed to provide electrical contracting services and serves as a general contractor for specialty SCADA, telemetry and control systems.
